We specialize in representing our clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income properties within the towns of Elwood, Commack, Huntington, East Northport, Northport, Greenlawn, Dix Hills, Smithtown, Cold Spring Harbor, Kings Park and Centerport. We keep current of all transactions in these areas, and are very familiar with our local school districts.

Personal
We are native New Yorkers having been raised in Queens and Long Island. Our youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, church and athletics. Sharon Leff graduated from The State University of Binghamton with a degree in Business Management And Gabrielle Binler graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. We enjoy spending time with our families, traveling, participating in tennis and soccer leagues, volunteering with various youth programs and the Elwood PTA.
